Cake Craft & Decoration is the world's leading monthly magazine for all those interested in cake decoration and sugarcraft. Every issue carries eight to twelve complete projects for readers to make. Projects include wedding cakes, novelty cakes, floral decorations, and anniversary cakes. Each one has clear instructions and stepby- step colour photographs. Full details of the equipment and ingredients are listed and tips and techniques for the perfect results are explained. Our projects are designed for all levels of cake decorating skills and include sugar flowers, sugar modelling, pastillage work, sugarpaste, marzipan and royal icing. In each issue we keep you up to date with information on new products from cake decoration manufacturers, readers' cakes, and college reports. We also cover the annual ICHF Cake Decoration Show in the UK and the ICES show in the USA, as well as other shows and events.
