Reviews For Weight Watchers Magazine

THE magazine for dieters

I hate the word "dieting", I really do. I prefer to think of it as a "lifestyle change". Sounds better, doesn't it? As both a Weight Watcher member and a Weight Watcher magazine subscriber, I cannot say enough positive words about this magazine.

When I first joined Weight Watchers, I decided to go ahead and give the magazine a look. I didn't subscribe, I purchased it at the store. I was immediately hooked!!! This was THE perfect magazine to keep me on track with Weight Watchers. I quickly filled out the subscription card and mailed it the next day. A big plus of subscribing was the 9.99 rate. What a bargain.

The magazine itself is filled with recipes, tips, health information and one of my favorite parts, stories from members who have lost weight through Weight Watchers. These articles are what motivate me the most. Seeing the before and after photos and reading about how others have been successful, is great. There are weight loss stories about women and men. Whenever I am feeling "off track", I whip out my latest issue and turn right to these stories.

The recipes are terrific and all the point values are already there, no having to grab the Point Finder to do it yourself. There are photos of many of the recipes and they are very easy to make. My husband can't even tell that theyare "Weight Watcher recipes". They even have seven day "meal planners" which can be a great tool for those who don't have the time to plan each day themselves. There is a wealth of health information and I am always kept up to date on the latest health discoveries.

All in all, you cannot go wrong with Weight Watchers Magazine. It is the perfect tool for both Weight Watcher members and those trying to obtain a healthier lifestyle. While I think the magazine is more geared toward women, I do think men would find the recipes helpful as well as some of the other weight loss strategies. I myself have (so far) lost 25 lbs on the Weight Watchers program and I would like to think that Weight Watchers Magazine had a little something to do with that. I highly recommend subscribing to it.
