Reviews For Mad Magazine

Mad Magaizine has a madly cheap price for such a funny mag!!

I have been reading mad magizine for years, and i just can`t get enough of it! Each and every magizine is funny and original. Jam packed with comedy, mad magizine makes fun of EVERYTHING, from Bill Cliton to Cher! The magazine is divided into many different parts. They have long articles(3 or 4 pages) all about one of the new movies out, and many short articles about little everyday things. Each magazine has a few of the same things everytime. For example, each magazine`s back cover does something very speical ONLY in mad magazine! At first, it seems to be a regular picture on the back. On the top right hand corner there is a questin. On the bottom is a short paragraph about the picture. When you fold it the special way, a new picture appears, and the small paragraph answers the question! This is not a small little picture either, it is big and detailed!

So, if you have a couple of dollars "burning a whol in your pocket", or are looking for some laughs, Then Mad Magizine is right for you!!!!

It's a good thing William Gaines stayed with MAD

If you're MAD, you will love Mad Magazine. The wild humor, zany artists, and insane writers make this classic magazine one of the best ever.

Mad's different departments all have great comics. Spy vs. Spy, The Lighter Side Of..., and A Mad Look At... are just a few of the great comics in MAD Magazine. Bill Gaines really worked hard in the '50s and '60s to keep it alive, and he did well. Some of the drawings are a little gross, but all in all, they are all hilarious.

Some of the comics aren't that funny, like The Lighter Side Of..., but most are great, especially the ones drawn and written by Tom Bunk and Don Martin. If you've subscribed to MAD, you know the insanity that occurs there. If you just look at it in the stores, buy a couple of issues. Be sure not to get it mixed up with Cracked. Cracked is a cheap, bad rip off of MAD. Cracked is just plain pathetic. MAD is superb. Buy it.

I could not belive hoe funny this magazine was. I mean before my friends had it and should me some comics in it but to really experience this
magazine you have to by it. The articles are very funny.

When I got my first MAD I couldn't put it down I would read it over and over. And the second one was even better than the first and really it gets better and better.

So yes,I would recommend this magazine i would also recommend that if you do not have it to go out and try reading one because it is a really good magazine to read on to pass the time away.

Still as funny as ever!

I used to buy this magazine when I was a kid myself. Now I buy it for my kids but I read it too. It is hilariously funny and I recommend it to everyone who enjoys a good laugh through the whole magazine. My favorite thing in the magazine is Spy Vs. Spy because I always used to enjoy it. I prefer this magazine over Cracked Magazine because Cracked only has parodies in comic strip styles but this has a variety of types of articles. But, I still also recommend Cracked to everyone who enjoys Mad Magazine. So stop off at a magazine stand and pick up your copy of Mad (or Cracked) today.

Great for a Good Laugh any time!

MAD magazine is a great comedy magazine with parodies and original comics. I enjoy seeing the parodies of different movies, even if I did like that movie. The magazine is great for a laugh anytime and I would recommend it to anyone who likes laughing (hey...who doesn't?) The magazine is great when your looking for something to read after a stressful day or just want to laugh. This magazine is similar to the magazine Crack, but is better and you can get more laughs out of it. I liked the X-Men parody the best because they made fun of all the characters, and even though I really enjoyed that movie, it made me laugh. I think everyone will get a kick out of this magazine. Enjoy and Good luck!

Mad Mag. is a Mad Hit

There is only one reason why you should buy this magazine..... it is funnier than hell. I read this magazine from cover to cover, and I would say the funniest part of the magazine are the letters to the editer. Its so funny because he just bashes everyone. I can not forget Melvin and Jenkins, cuz they are pretty funny to. Melvin has got to be the biggest moron in the world. And the spoofs, I can't forget the spoofs. These are what makes mad mad. These can be the funniest things in the world. I'm laughing right now as I type just remembering some of them. This is the best magazine that money can buy, so go get a subscription.

MAD magazine is the most intelligent magazine I offer my students!

MAD magazine is the most intelligent magazine I offer my students! It increases their cultural literacy and teaches them irony, sarcasm, and wit.

Mad for Mad

Take one part political satire, add a dose of razor sharp wit, then throw in a belly laugh every page and you have Alfred E. Newman's finest. I've loved Mad Magazine for years and it never disappoints. The real key to Mad's success is the ability to tackle adult subject matter under the guise of a children's magazines. The right, the left, naughty celebrities, the well to do--everyone's a target. And the Mad writers always hit their mark. Plus, with crack artists Mort Drucker and Tom Richmond, caricatures have never been so spot on.

Right wing wack job proves he has no sense of humor

Mad Magazine pokes fun at everything worth making fun of. Right now its politicians (on both sides of the aisle) that are the big fat targets. If Washington ever gets back to the people's business I'm sure that Mad will move on. Still stupidly funny and worthy of its place in my bathroom

Mad- the craziest magazine of all

Mad magazine is very different from other magazines. It has very odd spoofs on TV shows, movies, and more. It has humorous cartoons that are supposed to have something to do with life. Also it has lots of readers comments with hilarious editor comebacks. Read on if you would like to know more on those subjects.

There are almost always spoofs on a TV show, movie or something. There have been some spoofs that I didn't think were very funny, but others I thought were terrific, and some I wasn't interested in. But as long as you have an open mind and a good sense of humor, they are usually pretty funny.

There are funny cartoons that have something to with life. They have situations and funny ending to things that happen every day, and comics on stuff that is happening in the world. Sometimes they have crazy inventions and what the invention would do. But anyway's, those aren't what I think are best. Read on and i will tell you what is best.

What I find most humorous, is the reader comments and the editors comebacks. People write in because they found mistakes or they think something should be put into the magazine. When people point out mistakes, the editors has a reasonable answer or funny comeback. When people talk about what should be put in the magazine, well you can find out what the editor says yourself, lol.

I hope you all enjoy reading mad magazine, I know I do. Also, I think I would recommend this magazine to mature audiences only because the subjects are not always appropriate.
